In this event, we were primarily responsible for the pre-event planning, on-site setup, full-scale photography and videography, and live video streaming control.

During the pre-event planning phase, we provided the client with a comprehensive visual representation plan for the entire event.

Additionally, we tailored a dedicated tribute video for the 50th anniversary of the friendship between Australia and China.

On the day of the event, our event planner took charge of overall coordination and assigned dedicated personnel to collaborate and communicate with the venue's AV team.
